These Community Guidelines explain what is allowed and what is not allowed on XReelz. Their purpose is to protect users, creators, and our platform. We want to ensure that all content, interactions, and behaviour remain legal, consensual, and safe for everyone involved.

XReelz operates as a marketplace and technology provider. We do not create, produce, or commission content. All content is uploaded by independent creators, and all interactions take place directly between users and creators. These Guidelines set the minimum standards that must be followed when using the platform, regardless of whether content is free or paid.

These Community Guidelines apply to all users of the platform, including general users, creators, and anyone accessing XReelz in any manner. Creators have additional responsibilities due to their ability to upload and monetise content, but users must also comply with these rules when viewing content, using messaging features, submitting reports, or interacting with others.

These Guidelines work together with our Terms of Service, and other platform policies. Using the platform means you agree to follow all of them. These rules are not optional. You must comply with them at all times while using XReelz. If you are unsure whether something is allowed, you must assume it is not allowed until confirmed by the platform.

1. WHO MUST FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES

These Guidelines apply to everyone who uses XReelz in any way. This includes general users who view content, creators who upload and monetise content, and anyone who interacts with the platform through messaging, comments, purchases, or other features. By accessing or using XReelz, every person agrees to follow these Guidelines at all times.

Creators have additional responsibilities because they upload content, interact with users, and earn money through the platform. They must follow both these Guidelines and all creator-specific rules explained in theTerms of Service and other platform policies. General users must follow all rules relating to viewing content, respectful behaviour, safety, payments, and lawful use of the platform.

These Guidelines also apply to your conduct off the platform when that conduct affects the safety, rights, or experience of users and creators on XReelz. Any attempt to bypass platform rules, move transactions outside the platform, or engage in harmful or illegal activity related to XReelz is treated as a breach of these Guidelines.

If you do not agree to follow these Guidelines, you must not use XReelz.

2. ADULT-ONLY ACCESS

XReelz is an adult-only platform. You must be at least 18 years old, or the higher legal age required to view or create adult content in your country, to use the platform. If you do not meet the required legal age, you must not access, view, upload, purchase, or interact with any part of XReelz. You must also not allow any minor to use your device, account, or internet connection to view or access XReelz.

Creators must ensure that all content they upload was produced only with adults who were 18 or older at the time of creation and that all participants consented to the recording and publication of the content. Any involvement of minors, any suggestion that a minor is involved, or any content that portrays or imitates underage activity is strictly forbidden and will lead to immediate action in line with our safety and compliance requirements.

3. LEGALITY AND SAFETY

• Legality: All activity on XReelz must follow the law. You must not upload or engage with any illegal content, including material involving minors, exploitation, trafficking, or non-consensual acts.
• Consent: All content must involve adults who have knowingly and freely agreed to participate. Any content showing or suggesting coercion, pressure, intoxication, force, or lack of consent is not allowed.
• Respect: You must treat others respectfully at all times. Harassment, intimidation, hate speech, abuse, or harmful behaviour towards users, creators, or staff is not permitted.
• Authenticity: You must be truthful about your identity, age, and content. Impersonation, falsified documents, misleading descriptions, or manipulated content that deceives users is not allowed unless clearly disclosed.
• Privacy Protection: You must protect the privacy of users, creators, and all other individuals. You must not share or threaten to share private or identifying information, and you must not upload content that reveals such information without clear permission.
• Safety and Security: You must not upload content that shows dangerous or harmful behaviour that places anyone at risk, and you must not upload files containing malware, harmful code, tracking tools, or hidden metadata that could compromise security.
• Identity Integrity: You must not upload content featuring another person while presenting it as yourself, and you must not use someone else's likeness, photos, videos, or identity to bypass verification or mislead users.
• Honest Conduct: You must act honestly when interacting with others. You must not manipulate purchases, mislead users with false previews, misuse payments or refunds, or engage in any behaviour intended to deceive or exploit others.

4. PROHIBITED CONTENT (ABSOLUTE BANS)

• Minors or Persons Appearing as Minors: Any content involving minors, or anyone who looks, is styled, or is presented as underage is strictly forbidden. This includes school uniforms, youthful role-play, baby/child-like language, props, or any theme that suggests underage behaviour.
• Non-Consensual or Forced Themes: Content showing or suggesting force, coercion, threats, rape-play, kidnapping role-play, intimidation, blackmail, intoxication, unconsciousness, or a person unable to give clear consent is not allowed.
• Revenge or Withdrawn Consent Content: Content recorded without permission, uploaded without the consent of every participant, or uploaded after consent was withdrawn is strictly prohibited.
• Trafficking, Exploitation, or Abuse: Any content that involves or implies exploitation, trafficking, violence, unsafe situations, or any form of physical or emotional harm is not permitted.
• Bestiality or Animals: Any sexual content involving animals, or suggesting such activity, is strictly banned.
• Extreme or Harmful Fetish Content: Content involving bodily waste, blood, knife play, realistic violence, torture, serious injury, vomiting, or breath-control without clear and safe context is prohibited.
• Harmful or Illegal Acts: Content showing illegal drugs, drug use, weapons being used for harm, unsafe actions, or any activity that places participants at serious physical risk is not permitted.
• Non-Consensual Recording or Hidden Cameras: Secret recordings, voyeurism, public or private space recordings without permission, or any content filmed in locations where people cannot reasonably expect to be recorded is forbidden.
• Stolen, Leaked, or Unauthorized Content: Uploading stolen clips, leaked material, content you do not own, content pulled from other websites, or anything that violates another person's rights is strictly prohibited.
• Impersonation or Deepfake Content: Content using AI, deepfakes, or manipulated images or videos to imitate a real person without their lawful permission is banned.
• AI-Generated Underage or Non-Consensual Content: Any AI-generated sexual content involving minors, underage-appearing individuals, or depicting people in sexual acts without real consent is strictly prohibited.
• Exposure of Personal Information: Content that reveals names, addresses, phone numbers, workplace details, or any private or identifying information of others without permission is not allowed.
• Commercial Sex Services: Content that advertises, requests, or promotes prostitution, escorting, or any commercial sexual services is strictly forbidden on the platform.
• Hate Speech or Extremism: Content that contains hate, discrimination, extremist ideology, or threats against any group or individual is not permitted.
• Malware, Tracking, or Harmful Files: Uploads that contain viruses, spyware, tracking pixels, or hidden metadata that could compromise privacy or security are strictly banned.
• Off-Platform Payment Requests: Content that includes links, instructions, or requests directing users to pay or transact outside the platform is not allowed.

5. RESTRICTED OR SPECIAL-REVIEW CONTENT

Some types of content are allowed on XReelz but may require extra care, clearer consent, or manual review before they can remain on the platform. These categories are not banned by default, but they must follow all laws, platform policies, and card-network requirements. If there is any doubt about the safety, legality, or clarity of the content, XReelz may review it, request additional information, or remove it. These categories include, but are not limited to:

• Fetish or Niche Themes: Content involving fetish or niche preferences may be allowed only when all participants are clearly consenting adults and the activity does not resemble harm, minors, or non-consensual situations.
• Consensual BDSM: Light or moderate BDSM, impact play, or power-exchange dynamics may be permitted if it is clearly consensual, controlled, and does not involve realistic violence, severe injury, or unsafe behaviour.
• Risk-Based Activities: Content that includes actions which could cause confusion about safety - such as light choking, restraints, or use of certain props - may require review to ensure it is lawful, consensual, and not extreme.
• Costumes or Props With Underage Associations: Outfits, language, or stylistic choices that could resemble school settings, youth themes, or underage role-play will be reviewed carefully and may be restricted or removed.
• Public or Semi-Public Filming: Content filmed in locations where others might be present, such as hotels, rented spaces, or areas open to the public, may require confirmation that no uninvolved person was recorded without consent.
• Power Dynamics or Role-Play: Content involving authority roles, dominance/submission, or fantasy scenarios must avoid any suggestion of minors, coercion, or believable real-world harm.
• Use of Tools or Restraints: Content involving ropes, restraints, or equipment must show clear control and awareness by participants and must not resemble forced actions or unsafe physical risk.
• Ambiguous or Borderline Scenes: Content that could be misunderstood by viewers as harmful, unsafe, or non-consensual may be restricted or require additional clarification from the creator to stay on the platform.
• Potential Payment-Processor Restrictions: Any content that could conflict with banking or card-network rules may be placed under special review, and access may depend on additional checks or documentation.

6. CONSENT, DOCUMENTATION, AND PARTICIPANTS IN CONTENT

Every creator is responsible for ensuring that all people who appear in their content are real adults who have knowingly agreed to be recorded and to have the content published on XReelz. Consent must be clear, voluntary, and given before any recording takes place. If a person cannot freely consent or appears unable to understand what they are agreeing to, the content must not be created or uploaded.

Creators must keep valid proof that every participant was 18 or older at the time of filming and that each person gave permission for the content to be shared. This includes age-verification documents, written consent, and any other records needed to confirm that the recording and publication were lawful. These records must be kept safely and provided to XReelz if the platform requests them for compliance, safety, or legal checks.

If more than one person appears in a piece of content, the creator must ensure that every participant's consent is genuine and ongoing. If any participant later withdraws consent for the content to be shared, the creator must remove the content immediately. Content recorded secretly, without permission, or in situations where others may be unintentionally captured is not allowed under any circumstance.

7. AI-GENERATED AND MANIPULATED CONTENT RULES

Creators may use AI tools or digital editing to enhance or modify their content, but they must do so in a way that is lawful, honest, and respectful of others. AI must never be used to create or suggest sexual content involving minors, underage-appearing characters, or any person who has not given real consent. Any AI output that resembles a minor, imitates a minor's appearance, or uses youthful styling or roles is strictly forbidden.

Creators must not use AI, deepfakes, face-swaps, or other tools to place the likeness of a real person into sexual content without that person's clear, lawful, and informed permission. This includes celebrities, public figures, private individuals, former partners, or anyone who has not expressly agreed to appear in the content. Uploading or promoting AI-generated content that misleads viewers about who appears in the video is not allowed.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND RIGHTS-OWNERSHIP REQUIREMENTS

Creators must upload only content that they fully own or have clear permission to use. This means you must have the rights to record, publish, and monetise everything you upload, including the video, audio, photos, background, and any people who appear in the content. If you did not create the content yourself or do not have permission from the person who created it, you must not upload it.

You must not upload clips taken from other websites, paid platforms, social media pages, private messages, drives, or any source where you do not hold the rights. Leaked content, stolen content, or content recorded by someone else without permission is strictly forbidden. If a person appears in your content, you must ensure they have agreed to the recording and to its publication on XReelz.

9. CREATOR CONDUCT RULES

• Truthful Identity: Creators must provide accurate information about their age, identity, and content, and must not use false documents or impersonate others.
• Lawful and Consensual Content: Creators must upload only lawful, consensual content involving real adults who agreed to be recorded and to have the content published on XReelz.
• Verify All Participants: Creators must ensure that every person shown in their content is a consenting and verified adult, and must not include unverified or unidentified individuals.
• No Underage Themes: Creators must avoid clothing, props, language, behaviour, or scenarios that could suggest underage or youth-related themes.
• Respectful Behaviour: Creators must not harass, shame, threaten, or abuse users, other creators, or staff in any interaction.
• Responsible Messaging: Creators must not send unsolicited explicit content, spam, threats, harmful material, or manipulative messages through chats or private messages.
• Honest Descriptions: Creators must describe their content accurately and must not use misleading previews, thumbnails, or titles to obtain purchases.
• No Pressure or Coercion: Creators must not pressure, guilt, threaten, or shame users into subscribing, tipping, or purchasing content.
• No False Claims for Money: Creators must not use fabricated emergencies, financial crises, or misleading stories to obtain payment from users.
• No Deception or Manipulation: Creators must not engage in fraudulent behaviour, payout manipulation, misleading practices, or any attempt to exploit users.
• No Off-Platform Payments: Creators must not request or accept payments outside XReelz, and must not direct users to external platforms or private channels to buy content or services.
• Privacy Protection: Creators must not reveal private or identifying information of users, creators, or any individual without clear permission.
• Cooperation with Verification: Creators must complete all verification steps and must cooperate if XReelz requests additional documents or compliance checks.
• Compliance with All Platform Rules: Creators must follow these Guidelines, the Terms of Service, KYC Policy, and all payment-processor and legal requirements.

10. USER CONDUCT RULES

• Adult-Only Access: Users must be 18 or older, or the higher legal age in their country, and must not allow minors to access the platform or use their account.
• Respectful Behaviour: Users must treat creators, other users, and staff respectfully and must not engage in harassment, hate speech, intimidation, humiliation, or abusive behaviour.
• No Doxxing or Privacy Violations: Users must not reveal, threaten to reveal, or try to obtain personal or identifying information about creators or other users.
• Responsible Messaging: Users must not send unsolicited explicit content, spam, repeated unwanted messages, or manipulative or threatening communication.
• No Blackmail or Threats: Users must not pressure, threaten, or blackmail creators with leaks, exposure, chargebacks, or financial threats to force actions or content.
• No Requests for Prohibited Content: Users must not request or encourage creators to produce content involving minors, non-consensual acts, violence, extreme harm, illegal acts, banned fetish categories, or anything that violates platform rules or the law.
• No Off-Platform Payments: Users must not request or attempt to move purchases, tips, or custom content to outside websites, apps, wallets, or private communication channels.
• No Physical Meeting Requests: Users must not request or suggest in-person meetings, commercial sex services, or offline arrangements of any kind.
• No Unauthorized Sharing: Users must not copy, download, record, repost, or share any content they access on XReelz. All content is for personal viewing only.
• No Fraud or Chargeback Abuse: Users must not misuse chargebacks, submit false refund claims, or make fraudulent purchases to manipulate creators or the platform.
• No False Reporting: Users must not submit fake, retaliatory, or malicious reports against creators or other users.
• Compliance With All Platform Rules: Users must follow these Guidelines, the Terms of Service, and all safety and compliance requirements issued by XReelz.

11. MESSAGING, CHATS, AND INTERACTIONS

Messaging and chat features on XReelz are meant to allow safe and respectful communication between users and creators. All messages must follow platform rules, and any behaviour that causes harm, discomfort, or harassment is not allowed. You must communicate in a way that is respectful, honest, and appropriate for an adult environment.

You must not send messages that are abusive, threatening, manipulative, or designed to pressure someone into actions they do not agree to. This includes attempts to shame, guilt, intimidate, or coerce creators into lowering prices, providing free content, or performing activities that violate platform rules. Any form of blackmail, financial manipulation, or revenge-motivated behaviour is strictly prohibited.

12. OFF-PLATFORM CONDUCT AND ATTEMPTS TO CIRCUMVENT PLATFORM RULES

All users and creators must follow these Guidelines even when communicating or interacting outside XReelz if their behaviour affects the safety, rights, or experience of people on the platform. Off-platform actions, such as harassment, stalking, threats, or attempts to contact someone privately without consent, may lead to enforcement action on XReelz. The platform takes these issues seriously because harmful behaviour outside the platform can directly impact user safety within the community.

You must not attempt to move paid interactions, custom content, or communication to external platforms, apps, wallets, or private channels. This includes requests to use messaging apps, private links, or direct payment methods. These actions place users and creators at risk, bypass safety controls, and violate payment-processor requirements. Any attempt to shift transactions or communication away from the platform is not allowed.

13. PRICING INTEGRITY, FRAUD, AND CHARGEBACK ABUSE

All purchases, subscriptions, tips, and custom content transactions on XReelz must be made honestly and in good faith. Users must not attempt to manipulate prices, mislead creators, or make false claims about payments. Creators must clearly describe what they are offering, avoid misleading previews, and honour the content or services that users have paid for. Any attempt to misuse or exploit the payment system is not allowed.

Fraudulent behaviour, such as using stolen payment methods, initiating false disputes, or coordinating fake purchases, is strictly prohibited. Users must not file chargebacks or refund claims for reasons that are dishonest or retaliatory. Chargeback abuse harms creators, disrupts the platform, and will result in account restrictions or removal.

14. PLATFORM SECURITY, SYSTEM ABUSE, AND PROHIBITED TOOLS

All users and creators must use XReelz in a safe and secure manner. You must not engage in any behaviour that harms the platform, interferes with its features, or creates risks for users, creators, or the system. This includes attempts to access areas you are not authorised to use, tampering with platform functions, or testing the system in ways that may cause damage.

You must not use any automated tools, bots, scripts, scrapers, or software designed to collect data, bypass protections, or interact with the platform in ways that are not intended. These tools can compromise account security, expose personal data, and disrupt the platform for others. Any attempt to automate actions, harvest content, or mass-download material is strictly prohibited.

15. REPORTING CONCERNS AND ENFORCEMENT

If you see any content or behaviour on XReelz that is unsafe, illegal, harmful, or violates these Guidelines, you must report it using the reporting tools available on the platform. Reports involving serious risks - such as suspected involvement of minors, non-consensual activity, violence, exploitation, trafficking, or other urgent safety threats - will be prioritised and reviewed as quickly as possible. You must make reports honestly and in good faith.

XReelz may take enforcement action when these Guidelines are breached. This includes removing content, restricting features, issuing warnings, suspending accounts, or permanently terminating accounts where required. Full details of how reports are handled, how decisions are reviewed, and how appeals work are explained in the separate Report Abuse / Complaints & Appeals Policy, which forms part of the platform's legal documentation and must be followed by all users and creators.

16. COOPERATION WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT, REGULATORS, AND PAYMENT PARTNERS

XReelz will cooperate with law enforcement authorities, regulatory bodies, and payment partners when required to protect the safety of users and creators, prevent illegal activity, and comply with legal and financial obligations. This may include sharing information that is lawfully requested, responding to valid investigations, or taking action against accounts involved in harmful or unlawful conduct. Users and creators must not interfere with these processes and must comply with any lawful request made by the platform in connection with safety, compliance, or financial verification requirements.

17. HOW THESE GUIDELINES WORK WITH OTHER POLICIES (TOS, PRIVACY, KYC, DMCA, 2257)

These Community Guidelines operate alongside the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, KYC Policy, DMCA Notice, 2257 Compliance Page, and all other official platform rules. Together, these documents form the full set of conditions that apply to every user and creator.

If there is any difference or conflict between these Guidelines and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will apply, as they contain the legally binding rules.

All users and creators must follow every applicable policy, and failure to do so may result in content removal, restrictions, suspension, or account termination.

18. UPDATES TO THESE GUIDELINES

XReelz may update or revise these Community Guidelines at any time to reflect changes in safety requirements, legal obligations, payment-processor rules, or platform features. When updates are made, they take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Users and creators are responsible for reviewing the Guidelines regularly and continuing to use the platform only if they agree to the updated version. If you do not agree with any change, you must stop using the platform immediately.
