Anti Trafficking & Exploitation Policy

ANTI-HUMAN TRAFFICKING AND SEXUAL EXPLOITATION POLICY

This policy explains how we prevent, identify, and respond to human trafficking, sex trafficking, coercion, forced activity, and sexual exploitation on our platform. These issues cause real harm, and we do not allow the platform to be used in any way that enables or benefits from exploitation of any kind.

Because the platform is accessible globally and involves user-generated content and financial activity, there is a heightened responsibility to put clear safeguards in place. This policy sets out what conduct is prohibited, how concerns can be reported, how reports are handled, and what actions we take when there are signs of trafficking or exploitation. It is designed to ensure that risks are addressed quickly, consistently, and responsibly.

This Policy applies to all users, creators, third parties, and any activity conducted on or through the platform, regardless of location. It governs conduct, content, account use, and monetisation activity and applies in addition to, and independently from, the Terms and Conditions, Community Guidelines, Complaints Policy, and Content Removal Policy.

Nothing in this Policy limits our ability to take immediate protective or enforcement action where credible indicators of trafficking or exploitation exist. We reserve the right to restrict content, accounts, or monetisation, preserve evidence, and escalate matters to law enforcement, regulators, or acquiring banks where legally required or appropriate, without prior notice.

1. Zero-Tolerance Commitment

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance approach toward human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, coercion, forced labour, deceptive recruitment, and any activity that facilitates, promotes, or benefits from such conduct.

Any use of the platform connected to trafficking or exploitation is strictly prohibited and results in immediate enforcement action.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Policy:

  • Human trafficking means the recruitment, transportation, transfer, harbouring, or receipt of persons through force, coercion, deception, abuse of power, or exploitation.
  • Sex trafficking means trafficking that involves sexual exploitation or coerced sexual activity.
  • Sexual exploitation includes the abuse of vulnerability, power imbalance, dependency, or control for sexual purposes or benefit.
  • Coercion includes threats, manipulation, deception, pressure, debt control, or restriction of freedom used to compel a person to act against their will.
  • Credible indicators mean information, reports, behavioural signals, verification failures, financial anomalies, or third-party notifications that reasonably suggest trafficking or exploitation may be occurring.

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform:

  • Using the platform to recruit, groom, advertise, facilitate, manage, or profit from trafficking or exploitation.
  • Uploading, distributing, promoting, or monetising content linked to coercion, trafficking, or exploitation.
  • Forcing, pressuring, deceiving, or manipulating individuals to create or participate in content.
  • Operating, controlling, or managing accounts on behalf of exploited or coerced individuals.
  • Using agencies, intermediaries, or third parties to conceal exploitative arrangements.
  • Attempting to evade detection, verification, monitoring, or enforcement mechanisms related to trafficking risks.

4. User and Creator Responsibilities

All users and creators are expected to act responsibly and in good faith when using the platform. In particular, they must:

  • engage only in lawful activity and ensure that all participation in content is voluntary, informed, and consensual
  • ensure that no individual is pressured, manipulated, financially controlled, or otherwise compelled to participate in content or platform activity
  • operate their accounts personally and not allow third parties, agents, managers, or intermediaries to control accounts or content in a way that conceals or enables exploitation
  • immediately report any suspected trafficking, coercion, or sexual exploitation, whether involving themselves or others
  • provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and cooperate fully with any review, verification, or investigation
  • not attempt to bypass, manipulate, or interfere with safety, verification, or enforcement measures
  • refrain from retaliation, intimidation, or interference with reporting, investigations, or enforcement actions

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in immediate enforcement action, including content removal, account suspension, or termination.

5. Prevention and Detection Measures

We implement prevention and detection measures designed to identify and reduce trafficking risks, including:

  • Identity and age verification requirements.
  • Monitoring of account behaviour, content activity, and monetisation patterns.
  • Automated detection tools supported by mandatory human review.
  • Financial risk monitoring and payout controls.
  • Internal training, escalation protocols, and compliance oversight.

6. Reporting and Whistleblowing Mechanisms

Suspected trafficking or exploitation may be reported by users, creators, payment partners, regulators, NGOs, or other third parties through our designated reporting channels. Reports may be submitted confidentially and, where legally permitted, anonymously. All reports are logged and reviewed promptly, regardless of completeness. Where additional information is required, it may be requested to complete the assessment.

7. Report Review Standards and Response Timelines

Reports relating to potential human trafficking, sex trafficking, coercion, or sexual exploitation are reviewed promptly and without unnecessary delay, with priority given to situations that may involve immediate harm or risk. Where credible signs of trafficking or exploitation are identified, action is taken immediately and does not wait for the completion of a full review. This may include removing or restricting content, limiting account access, or disabling monetisation while the matter is assessed. Reviews and enforcement actions are carried out with the aim of addressing risk quickly and responsibly, rather than allowing harmful activity to remain on the platform.

8. Immediate Removal and Zero-Tolerance Enforcement

Any content or activity linked to human trafficking, sex trafficking, coercion, or sexual exploitation is removed or disabled immediately once identified or when there are credible signs that such conduct may be involved. This type of content is not allowed to remain live while reviews are ongoing and is not eligible for reinstatement. Where appropriate, we may also restrict accounts, disable monetisation, preserve relevant information, and escalate the matter to law enforcement, regulators, or financial partners as required. Zero tolerance means that protecting people from harm takes priority over continued access to the platform.

9. Internal Review and Escalation Procedures

  • Reports and detections are reviewed by designated safety and compliance personnel.
  • Relevant evidence is preserved, and internal records of findings and actions are maintained.
  • Cases involving credible trafficking indicators are escalated internally without delay in accordance with established risk and compliance procedures.

10. Law Enforcement and Authority Cooperation

Where legally required or appropriate, and where there are credible signs of human trafficking, sex trafficking, coercion, or sexual exploitation, we cooperate with law enforcement and relevant authorities. This may include preserving records, sharing information in response to lawful requests, and assisting with investigations in line with applicable laws and jurisdictional requirements. Our cooperation is guided by the need to protect individuals from harm while respecting legal process and privacy obligations.

11. Payment Processor and Acquirer Notification

Where human trafficking, sex trafficking, coercion, or sexual exploitation is suspected or identified, we may notify relevant acquiring banks, payment processors, or other financial partners as part of our risk, compliance, and fraud-prevention processes, where required or appropriate. This may include sharing information related to enforcement actions, account restrictions, or monetisation activity. We may suspend or terminate payouts and monetisation features in connection with such notifications to prevent further harm and financial risk.

12. Enforcement Actions

Violations of this Policy may result in one or more of the following actions, without prior notice:

  • Immediate content removal.
  • Account suspension or permanent termination.
  • Disabling of monetisation features or holding of payouts.
  • Permanent platform bans.
  • Notification to law enforcement, regulators, or financial partners where required.

Accounts linked to confirmed trafficking or exploitation are not eligible for reinstatement.

13. Appeals and Finality

Enforcement actions taken under this Policy are not subject to appeal where trafficking, sexual exploitation, coercion, or forced activity is confirmed. This Policy operates independently from general appeals processes applicable to other content or account decisions.

14. Protection of Victims and Reporters

Reports of trafficking or exploitation are handled sensitively and confidentially, to the extent permitted by law. Retaliation against individuals who report concerns is strictly prohibited. We take reasonable steps to minimise harm and prevent further exploitation during enforcement and investigation.

15. Record Keeping and Audit Logs

We maintain records of reports, reviews, enforcement actions, and notifications for safety, compliance, fraud-prevention, and regulatory purposes. Records are retained in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

16. Policy Updates

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulatory guidance, payment-network requirements, or how the platform operates. When updates are made, the revised version will be published on the platform and will apply from the date it is posted. Continued use of the platform after an update means that the updated Policy applies.

17. Contact Information

Concerns or reports related to human trafficking or sexual exploitation must be submitted to:
