CONTENT REMOVAL POLICY
We are committed to maintaining a safe, lawful, and respectful platform. This Content Removal Policy explains how content removal requests are submitted, reviewed, and enforced on our platform.
This Policy applies independently and must be read separately from our Complaints Policy.
Grounds for Content Removal
Content may be removed if it is determined to:
- violate our Terms and Conditions or Community Guidelines
- contain illegal, unlawful, non-consensual, exploitative, or prohibited material
- infringe copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
- depict individuals who have withdrawn consent
- violate applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
- be reported by a verified individual appearing in the content who requests removal
How to Submit a Content Removal Request
Content removal requests must be submitted through our designated contact channel and should include:
- a direct URL or clear identification of the content
- a detailed explanation of the reason for the request
- proof of identity or authority to request removal, where applicable
- a valid email address for follow-up communication
All content removal requests are logged and reviewed. If additional information is required, we may request it to complete the review.
Review and Resolution Timeline
All content removal requests are reviewed and resolved, or the content is removed, within a maximum of five (5) business days from receipt.
Where there is evidence that content is illegal, unlawful, or prohibited under applicable law, the content is removed immediately without waiting for the five (5) business day period to expire.
In such cases, we preserve relevant evidence and notify law enforcement authorities and the relevant acquiring bank(s) or payment partners where required.
Temporary measures, including restricting access to content or account features, may be applied while a review is ongoing.
Immediate Removal and Zero-Tolerance Content
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for:
- child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- non-consensual sexual content
- human trafficking, sex trafficking, or exploitation
- extreme or criminal content
Content falling into these categories is removed immediately upon detection or receipt of credible evidence and may be reported to law enforcement authorities and relevant financial or regulatory partners as required.
Such content is not eligible for reinstatement.
Appeals
If you have been depicted in any content and would like to appeal to remove any such content, please contact us via email at info@xreelz.com. If there should be a disagreement regarding this appeal, we will allow the disagreement to be resolved by a neutral body.
If content is removed and the uploader believes the removal was made in error, they may submit an appeal with supporting information.
Appeals do not delay removal and do not apply to content involving illegal activity, minors, non-consensual acts, or trafficking or exploitation.
Appeals are reviewed independently, and decisions following appeal review are final.
Enforcement Actions
In addition to content removal, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- restrict, suspend, or terminate user accounts
- disable monetisation features or hold payouts
- issue warnings or strikes
- report activity to law enforcement or regulatory authorities
- notify acquiring banks or payment partners where required
Record Keeping
We maintain internal records of content removal requests, enforcement actions, and related decisions for safety, compliance, fraud-prevention, and regulatory purposes.
